We are looking for a passionate, hard-working, and talented product operations leader to help oversee the assembly, prioritization and progress of our evolving ad product portfolio - driving workstreams to turn nascent prototypes into scalable programs, living and breathing performantly within Prime Video content experiences in steady state. This role’s scope of governance includes roadmap planning, overall feature request intake for the team, delivery planning for new ad products and Prime Video partner integrations, as well as mechanisms for critical biztech projects are prioritized and executed across stakeholder product and tech teams. As product operations manager you will drive these types of critical Prime Video advertising workstreams from end to end, in order to surprise and delight both streaming customers and video advertisers alike. You’ll get to work on projects that are fast-paced, challenging, and varied. Oversee processes for executing on the Prime Video advertising product strategy.Drive planning and execution of all aspects of implementation of products, including product, engineering, and go-to-market.Build and drive internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders to foster alignment, prioritization and throughput of top PV ad product initiatives.A day in the life


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
