Oversee development of comprehensive feature test plans. Partner with engineering managers to ensure features are crafted for testability. Identify and drive investments in tests, tooling, and automation required to scale the team’s efforts to handle a growing project portfolio.
- 3-5 years of prior leadership and management experience.
- Ability to build, drive and support automation test strategy.
- Consistent record of independently balancing multiple projects and workflows.
- Collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience hiring automation and quality engineers and leading a team through significant growth
- Proficient in one more object-oriented programming languages Swift/Obj-C/Java/C++
- Proficient in one or more scripting languages: Python/Ruby
- Passion for customer privacy.
