(Senior) Data Analyst - mobile apps

You will enrich the Grooming & Beauty app- and product development teams on feature development using the data from the Lumea, GroomTribe and OneBlade (DailyCare) mobile apps. You will be part of our Philips Personal Health organization.
Your role:

• Do you enjoy diving into extensive data lakes to deliver meaningful solutions towards end users? In this data analyst role, you will navigate the complexity of app usage data and product data to inspire improvements and new functionality of both our apps and our hardware products.

• The data you will be working with is both input in front end use case development as well as continuous improvement of the solutions we offer through our apps and firmware for our hardware products.

• You will be working in an engineering environment with software, hardware and embedded software engineers with close collaboration with insight experts, business and marketing colleagues.

• You will be planning analysis, preparing sub-hypotheses, and verifying data availability as well as communicating the results of your efforts to the teams and stakeholders.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a proven data analyst background of at least 9 years with data from multiple sources, including app data. We use a relational database, flat files and XML. SQL and Python are required, You think at a master degree level.
  Experience with click-stream data and platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, QlikSense or other power BI tool) is a pre.

• You are curious and detail oriented and can translate those skills in effective communication.

• Understanding of hardware and software engineering: You enjoy working in cross functional teams. If you have collaborated with hardware development or experience in development yourself, even better.

• You have affinity with marketing and end users.

• There will be intercontinental traveling required, 10-20%
