Technology Capacity Infrastructure Lead Analystrole is part of the Global Capacity Management organization focused on understanding the global Citi estate, where it can be optimized, and how it needs to be transformed. Theanalystwill be part of a team responsible for managing the Global Capacity Infrastructure and Tools environment and related processes in support of a of a large distributed server environment to ensure the availability of capacity management data and analytics and management of the associated processes. Key roles also include management of the BMC Truesight Capacity Optimization application and infrastructure and migration to and ongoing support of the BMC Helix Continuous Optimization platform.The analyst will provide analysis and expertise to facilitate remediation of issues in the distributed capacity infrastructure and tools environment and the related areas. The role will also identify gaps and define key metrics required for analytics and trending, develop criteria to measure opportunity and risk, and establish processes to provide ongoing oversight.

Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Demonstrated expertise in management and maintenance of BMC TrueSight Capacity Optimization (TSCO) and/or Helix Continuous Optimization (HCO) distributed tool suite
- 5+ Years Expertise in capacity planning, systems performance analysis, and optimization in a distributed environment
- 5+ Years Experience with integration and interpretation of capacity metrics from TrueSight Capacity Optimization or similar tools
- 5+ Years Advanced ability including and scripting including Perl, Shell, Python, SQL, and Java
- 5+ Years Advanced ability to use tools and databases to parse, merge, analyze, and present capacity and performance data
- 5+ Years Strong technical problem-solving skills
- 5+ Years Advanced written and oral communication capabilities
- 5+ Years Demonstrated ability to operate independently, set own priorities, and manage multiple concurrent work streams
- 5+ Years Experience in architecture, sizing, tuning, and optimization for software containers such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
- Overall IT experience in a Client-Server environment with practical knowledge of mainframe, midrange, distributed, hybrid, and desktop technologies
- Broad knowledge of advanced environment measurement & management tools, performance modeling tools, capacity analysis tools, and other advanced trending tools
- Integration of external tools, connectors, and APIs including APM, Database, Inventory, and other platforms/services
- Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
