Boston Scientific Endourology Product Manager III

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilize customer segmentation and product-positioning models to formulate and deliver effective messaging to our Sales Teams and our customers. Ensure proper channel management for messaging, to include digital marketing campaigns. Support key opinion leader relationships.
  • Help develop, execute, and maintain business plans to ensure accurate planning and address changing needs.
  • Develop and leverage key cross-functional and Field Sales relationships.
  • Provide logistical and in-person support for customer engagements, medical education events, and key industry trade shows.
  • Execute franchise efforts to maximize the effectiveness of commercial marketing and sales resources.
  • Support the identification of new markets and the definition of these opportunities.
  • Assist in identifying new products and contribute to formulating new product proposals, tactics and messaging within own portfolio, and contribute to identifying and addressing competitive challenges.
  • Appropriately utilize BSC systems and processes to execute product development and management.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of successful medical device or related business experience; pharmaceutical, healthcare, advertising agency
  • Marketing or sales experience
  • Travel up to 25%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare/Biomedical, or Science
  • Advanced degree (Masters, preferably MBA)
  • Single-Use-Device and/or Capital Marketing experience
  • Commercial/Downstream Marketing experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
