What you'll do...
What you'll do:
Leads and participates in medium- to large-scale projects by reviewing project requirements, translating requirements into technical solutions, gathering requested information, writing, and developing code, conducting unit testing. Communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders.
Utilize your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices to create robust and efficient applications.
Design and optimize databases using SQL and NoSQL technologies for data storage and retrieval.
Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Work with cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure to build scalable and secure applications.
Utilize the ELK stack for log analysis and monitoring of system performance.
Take ownership of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end components.
Collaborate with the team to perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Collaborating with project team and cross functional teams. Troubleshooting open issues and bug-fixes, ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs. Interacting with project manager to provide input on project plan.
Develop and optimize queries using Big Query to analyze large datasets.
Models' compliance with company policies, procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Creates training documentation. Oversees the tasks of less experienced programmers and stipulates system troubleshooting supports.
What you'll bring:
At least 6+ years of relevant experience in building highly resilient, highly scalable systems.
A good understanding of Java and Microservices.
Hands on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Cloud (Azure/GCP/AWS ), Kafka (or other messaging service), Memcached/Redis or any caching technologies, relational DBMS (MySQL, Oracle etc.)
Hands on experience on mobile application development either iOS or Android platform.
Hands on experience on Go Lang or Python.
Basic knowledge of Chaos or Resiliency or performance Engineering domain.
Should be hands on writing/reviewing design & code.
Expertise in integrating analytics, Crashlytics and measuring CPU and battery utilizations for mobile application.
Expertise with the testing framework like Appium/Selenium
Understand the product and project management space with Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of Agile methodology and leveraging SDLC tools to improve development CI/CD, and testing efficiency (JIRA, Jenkins, GIT, Lint).
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership for development and design of least one cloud-based project - Experience in building extensible platforms, data pipelines are desirable.
Experience with developing and publish libraries a plus.
Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly. Proficient in new and emerging technologies.
Ability to balance the long-term "big picture" and short-term implications of design decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
Mentoring/coaching Senior staff engineers and other Engineers.
Focus on reusability, frameworks, patterns and configurations tools for faster development.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...Preferred Qualifications...
