In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience working on Oracle MDMS product modules including – Usage Transaction, Standing Data Repository, Staging Data Master, Initial Measurement Data, Service Point & Reporting.
- Strong experience working on complex SQL queries, PL/SQL and Unix scripting.
- Knowledge on one or more relational database like Oracle.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders – client, infrastructure teams, third parties.
- Experience working in Production Support
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge or experience working on Oracle CC&B product.
- Good understanding of Incident, Change & Problem management.
- Experience working in Agile delivery model.
