Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects. From planning, delivery to deployment ensuring alignment with Talent’s strategic objectives.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and deliverables
- Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross functional project plan, and actively manage project timelines
- Resource Management: Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of resources
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success.
- Budget Oversight: Perform Project Financial Management – Develops overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures budget constraints
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster strong communication across the project across stakeholders, team members and leadership providing regular communication of project status, updates, and progress, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures
- Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects
- As a Project Manager, 5 to 7 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Relevant certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable
