TTT – Marketing and Operations Analyst– Advanced Analyst
Ever-increasing regulations require tax departments to gather, organize and research more data than ever before. Often the data necessary to satisfy these ever-increasing and complex regulations must be collected from a variety of systems and departments throughout an organization. Effectively and efficiently handling the variety and volume of data is often extremely inspiring and time consuming for a company.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop internal/external marketing communications and collaterals for popularizing the tax service offerings
- Should manage Tax projects from initiation to closure working along with Senior Tax professionals
- Preparation of marketing metrics reports to understand the performance of the marketing campaigns
- Build relationship with the stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of the projects meeting the quality requirements
Skills and attributes for success
- Good writing skills and clear communication style
- Should be proficient in using MS Office products (primarily MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) and basic experience working with MS SharePoint
- Good knowledge of Social Media platforms and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Basic knowledge of financial and revenue reporting will have added advantage
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) specialized in Marketing (Major) and preferably Finance (Minor) from a reputed business school.
- Should have 2 - 4 years of work experience in handling marketing, communications, operations and project management initiatives.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Thorough knowledge Tax or Finance Domain.
- Strong statistical, skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt your work style to work with both internal and client team members
