Interacts with business stakeholders to understand the problem and with technical representatives (e.g. solution architects, user experience) to formulate, evaluate and propose solutions, and facilitate agreement on solution implementation.
Captures all solution agreements in high quality requirements specifications (e.g. product backlogs and non-functional requirements specifications) and then maintains these to ensure ongoing accuracy of current and forecasted development work.
Is a product's functional subject matter expert, providing knowledge and context to business representatives and to the technical delivery team, answering questions in a timely manner to ensure the optimal productivity of the technical team.
