ROLE DESCRIPTION:

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
• Detailed planning of process implementation
• Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
• Industry /corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
• Develop and Assure quality of process models
• Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
• Support in escalated projects
• Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
• Support of pre-sales activities
• Taking over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader
• Takes responsibility from time to time as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in people development tasks

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 5-10 years of SAP EAM experience with several full cycle implementations
• Experience in asset-intensive industries e.g. Oil and Gas, Utilities, Mining is a plus
• Knowledge of at least two SAP BTP solutions in one of the following areas: data and analytics, application development and automation, integration, enterprise planning, and artificial intelligence
• Experience of implementing at least one of the following EAM software on cloud: SAP APM, SAP BNAC, SAP FSM, SAP SSAM and SAP S/4HANA public cloud
• Knowledge of one or more integration points to EAM, including Materials Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), Financials/Controlling (FI/CO), EHS.
• SAP Activate Methodology
• Soft skills: excellent written and verbal communication, workshop facilitation, and building long lasting relationships with customers

University degree or equivalent work experience
