Strong background as an Administrative Assistant supporting a Director, ideally in the high-tech field.
Proficient in complex scheduling, travel arrangements, task management, facilities coordination, teleconferencing, purchasing, and daily operations of the team.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion, and maintain utmost confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong sense of professionalism, a proven track record of meeting deadlines, and the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changes effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
Proficient in Apple products and programs, including iCal and Keynote; knowledge of Excel is preferred but not required, along with a “can-do” attitude and experience in planning, managing, and executing large-scale events.
