Alexa Shoppingは、お客様の発話データのアノテーション及びデータ分析を高度に行い、チームをリードするProcess Leadを募集しています。Process Leadはそれぞれのチームに属しているData Associateをリードしながら高度なアノテーションおよびデータの分析を行います。実際の仕事ではGlobalのStakeholderとのコミュニケーション、プロセスの新規作成および編集、新しいKPIの設定、チームのプライオリティの決定、Processの中身のSubject Matter Expert, プロセスのStandard Operating Procedure (SOP) を作成および編集、Data Associateのトレーニング、作業工程の効率化できる点を見つけ改善を行うなどとなります。
GlobalにいるAlexa Shoppingのデータサイエンティストや様々なプログラムマネージャー、エンジニアとリモートの環境で連携しながらプロセスを進めていくことが求められます。【主な業務内容】
- プロセスの管理およびオペレーションでのたくさんのチームとの連携
- データを基にした分析及び、課題に対しての技術的な解決提案とプロセスの改善案を行う
- 様々なGlobalのStakeholderとのコミュニケーションを通じてオペレーションのマイルストーンの設定やプロセスの変更などを行う
- プロセスのSOPのギャップなどを埋めるために自分自身でOwnershipを持ってStakeholderとその改善などに取り組む
- プロセスを最も理解している人となり、Data Associateなどから寄せられる質問に答え、またわかりにくいプロセスなどに関しては積極的に編集する
- オペレーションマネージャーのサポートとして、採用活動やメンバーのPerformanceの管理を一部行う
- KPIなどを通じて、定量的な分析を行って、技術的な解決などを用いてツールやリソースの開発、及び実行を行う
- 複雑なソフトウェアやプロセス、分析などを用いて期日を守ってプロジェクトの統括を行う
- プロセスの中身やプロセスの改善点などについてより深く分析して、適宜自動化などを行うSome of the key result areas include, but not limited to:
- Experience in managing process and operational escalations
- Communicate and take the lead role in identifying Gaps in process areas and work with all stakeholders to resolve the gaps- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment driven by complex software systems and processes

- 2年以上の実務経験
- 学士号
- 母国語が日本語、あるいはネイティブに近い日本語力（読み書き、会話ともに必須）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（英語で分析レポートを作成でき、一人で英語の会議に参加しプロジェクトをまわせるレベル）
- 高い分析力、問題解決力、論理的推論力 - 迅速な業務内容や環境の変化への適応で快適に作業できる
- 複数のプロジェクトを同時にサポートでき、迅速な業務ベースの中で、優先順位が変更するたび臨機応変に対応できる
- 常に向上心を持ち、リーダーとして周りをサポートすることができる
- A Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience of 2+ years with 1+ years of stakeholder management
- Excellent Japanese and English communication (written & oral)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization as necessary
- Demonstrated leadership with a bias towards action and ownership
