• Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of software products from an IT systems capability perspective
• Enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvement to support software commercialization initiatives, while co-owning the FORGE operations center to facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Engineer and deploy robust solutions to bolster software commercialization capabilities, including but not limited to:
o Subscription management solution like SAP S4 BRIM
o Entitlement management like Flexera
o Software contract management
o Software pricing strategy
• Promote the adoption of AI, GenAI and Agentic AI for use cases aimed at reducing customer churn, identify pricing opportunities, optimize contract renewals etc.
• Drive roadmap for adoption of standard IT solutions based on Global Design Model (GDM) across multiple business groups and product teams.
• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing solutions for selling commercial software including SaaS subscription-based products
• 5+ years experience working with CPQ, pricing, contract management, subscription management, order management and related systems required for software commercialization
• 5+ years experience working directly or integrating with SAP-based ERP systems preferably S4
• Highly Knowledgeable on AI and emerging GenAI technologies to build solutions integrated in the flow of business processes and embedded in software products
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor software engineers and effectively manage software vendors to deliver complex IT solutions on time and within budget
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
