Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
Experience working with digital organizations.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with project management, leading and influencing strategic and operational initiatives.
Experience with TV or social ads market, planning, and measurement, with knowledge of the branding ecosystem and agency culture.
Experience with productivity, sales, and meeting objectives, with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to adapt solutions to a variety of audiences, with knowledge in TV, Social Ads, and Influencer Marketing, and the competitive landscape (e.g., competing platforms).
