Your impact
You will be providing consultancy and engineering services to our public and private clients across New Zealand and the wider ANZ region. You will be responsible for leading our wastewater process team and supporting with water treatment plant project reviews. You will work within a multi-discipline team to deliver technically excellent process designs, review and assurance on water and wastewater projects. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Proactively innovating and presenting value-added solutions within projects to enhance client offerings, thereby increasing the likelihood of winning bids and ensuring heightened satisfaction with both completed and ongoing work.
- Significant client engagement will be required, devoting efforts to activities which will provide visibility of project opportunities, and assist and advise Jacobs to strategically secure key projects and programmes within the market.
- Providing functional support and guidance to more junior staff to develop them as individuals and the capability of the team.
Here's what you'll need
- Qualified Process Engineer with professional recognition
- At least 18 years of experience in relevant project design work
- Technical leadership experience
- Consistently delivering high-quality designs and implementing rigorous review processes
- Strong communication, team leadership and staff mentoring skills
