Facilitating workshops with business and IT teams for implementation prioritization to align with the client strategy
Preparing detailed Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) documents that map legislation to existing business processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability
Conducting thorough current state assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Facilitating requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to capture and consolidate operation requirements, ensuring a collaborative approach to system design
Preparing well-structured Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that clearly articulate the client's needs and the proposed technological solutions
Writing comprehensive User Acceptance Test scenarios and test scripts that align with the client's objectives, ensuring that all functionalities are accurately tested before deployment
Acting as the Quality Authority, ensuring that the implementation (by System implementor) meet the highest standards of accuracy, functionality, and compliance with client laws and regulations and aligns to the BRDs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate client requirements into broader financial systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation and reporting.
Providing expert insights and recommendations during the planning and execution phases of client technology projects, guiding teams towards successful implementation
Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for the Client administration personnel on the newly developed / enhanced Client administration systems, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the technology effectively. This includes creating training materials, conducting hands-on sessions, and providing ongoing support to facilitate a smooth transition to the new systems
To qualify for the role, you must have:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in business analysis is desirable.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools such as Visio.
Experience in project management and knowledge of project management methodologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
