Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product design or UX.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Include a portfolio highlighting experience in visual design in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working within and contributing to design systems, as well as building accessible products.
- Experience in prototyping and user research.
- Experience in interaction design, prototyping, and product thinking, with excellent visual design skills.
- Ability to articulate compelling stories and design decisions.
- Ability to design products, prototypes, and demonstrate advanced design skills, including strategic thinking, high quality deliverables and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present strong and clear design rationale.
