What will you do on a regular basis?
- Take a major part in building Taboola’s programmatic products, utilizing sophisticated real-time bidding models optimizing to drive for optimal results for our clients.
- Be responsible for the product development cycle from end-to-end: from ideation, competitive analysis, clients validations, through discovery with R&D, specs writing to launching, A/B testing and monitoring.
- Collaborate effectively with our global teams across product, account management, sales and ad-ops, to obtain requirements and design innovative solutions that meet our strategies.
- Create and maintain your product’s roadmap, which contributes to the company’s goals.
- Work closely alongside Product Marketing and other functions in the organization to drive product launches, feature rollouts, etc.
- Regularly meet clients to learn about their pains and problems. Obtain market insights directly or through customer-facing teams.
What are the skills a good Product Manager needs to have?
- BSc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills; able to collaborate with product analysts to derive insights from data and adept at solving complex problems.
- +5 years experience in product management, demonstrating the ability to oversee the delivery of products from start to finish.
- Experience in Ad-Tech companies, particularly revolving around real-time bidding is a big advantage
- Excellent communication skills ability to effectively engage with global teams and accommodate the diverse needs of partners from various disciplines and teams.
- Skilled in delivering persuasive arguments and conveying appropriate messaging and narratives.
- Team player with a high level of enthusiasm and energy; capable of interacting amiably with management, clients, and consumers across different settings.
- Quick learner who can swiftly grasp new information, whether technical or business-related, and apply it effectively.
