Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience executing tactical initiatives and projects in a complex, fluid, global environment.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in functional compliance, mastering effective compliance programs, and specializing in a specific area of employment law or policy.
Ability to manage relationships and build strong networks across, global teams and the broader compliance landscape.
Ability to lead global, cross-functional projects while effectively managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication, investigative, and problem-solving skills; use strong business judgment to drive work forward without formal authority.
