In this role, you’ll:
- Support with content creation for executive presentations and events in the busy Premium Engagement & Advisory unit, who work with SAP’s top customers, within the new Customer Service & Delivery board area.
- Support with content collection for newsletters and social media channels
- Maintain and upscale business content for our internal communication channels
- Create and adapt team presentations as well as visual assets
- Assist with reporting activities for the unit, including impact measurement
- Provide operational support for the unit’s internal events (e.g., project management, content creation and on-site support)
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
- Preferred fields of study: English, Communications, Media, Multimedia, or related fields such as Social Science
- Writing proficiency: Strong writing skills
- Technical expertise: : A digital native with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word and PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing tools, and Generative AI tools is a plus
- Languages: Fluent English; Fluent German is beneficial but not mandatory
- Interpersonal abilities: Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Others: Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, reliable, open-minded, well-organized, active user of social media and multimedia channels, interested in learning about and applying storytelling techniques to create compelling content
