Your Role and Responsibilities- Develop online, customer-facing technical documentation and other educational content in English
- Work with Product Management, Development and Test teams to understand the TBM domain, products and functionality, and develop excellent walk-through guides and product and feature documents.
- Collaborate with other senior technical writers to iterate on and improve team processes.
- Work independently to source training, research, and other resources to develop content.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 6-10 years’ experience developing customer-facing technical documentation of enterprise software in English language.
- Excellent command of the English language, especially written English.
- Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Substantial hands-on experience working in Madcap Flare, XMetal, or other single-source authoring software.
- Substantial hands-on experience working with Github or other source control software.
- Substantial hands-on experience working with DITA or XML.
- Copyediting skills a plus.
