Run gap analysis
The go-to engineer for all of the services and integrations that the Fireblocks platform provides
Provide customised solutions and act as a senior consultant for any technical-related questions
Train technical staff on all cloud, blockchain, security and software activities.
Act as the sole representative for the Services, Support, and CSM Group and collaborating regularly with local Project Managers and Architects, Technical Support, CSM, and Sales roles.
Development of tools and automation for the company's products
Participation in technological conferences in the blockchain domain
You’ll bring:
Proven experience within your field as a technology expert and enthusiast
Experience working with customers on a regular basis with a focus on the ‘Customer Experience’
Account Management experience working on services projects and ensuring fast time-to-value, ROI, and long-term relationship and commercial growth potential with technical white spacing and identifying upsell or expansion opportunities that will resonate with customer’s use cases
Technical knowledge in a mix of the following technologies: basic cryptography (PKI, Digital Signatures), IT Security, Docker, Scripting Languages, Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure), REST API, Databases (SQL and NoSQL)
Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present technical ideas and solutions for often complex projects
Software development experience with the ability to develop basic web applications from scratch
Background in working with Blockchain technology is desirable
Background with working with different frontend frameworks & technologies is highly desirable
