You’ll make an impact by:
- Building benefits at scale that deliver even more value for our members
- Driving membership & behavioral insights and partnering closely with Analytics, Data Science and Walmart+ leadership to continue evolving how we better understand our members
- Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Business, Operations and Marketing
- Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities
- Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, and building business cases
- Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
