Support the development and execution of strategic plans to optimize MSSP and leasing business operations.
Manage the entire lifecycle of MSSP and leasing contracts, from negotiation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement strategies that support partner engagement and business development goals.
Work closely with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks during the negotiation and execution of MSSP contracts and leasing agreements.
Provide leadership and guidance to the MSSP Sales Support team.
Continuously optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing strategic deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MSSP partners, understanding their unique needs and challenges to drive mutual success.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in sales operations or sales support roles, preferably with specific experience in managing strategic deals, MSSP/Service domain is an advantage.
2+ years of experience as a team leader.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with MSSP partners and internal stakeholders.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the cybersecurity industry or with security technologies.
Familiarity with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and their business models
