  • Support the development and execution of strategic plans to optimize MSSP and leasing business operations.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of MSSP and leasing contracts, from negotiation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement strategies that support partner engagement and business development goals.
  • Work closely with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate legal risks during the negotiation and execution of MSSP contracts and leasing agreements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the MSSP Sales Support team.
  • Continuously optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing strategic deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MSSP partners, understanding their unique needs and challenges to drive mutual success.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales operations or sales support roles, preferably with specific experience in managing strategic deals, MSSP/Service domain is an advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience as a team leader.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with MSSP partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving strategic objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the cybersecurity industry or with security technologies.
  • Familiarity with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) and their business models
