What you'll do...
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Drives focus and improvement on objective improvement of engineering velocity and technical metrics like availability and application performance.
What you'll bring:
years of experience in various elements of full-stack software development - frontend, backend, data and insights and hands-on coding experience in the past.
years of people leadership experience in building and leading engineering teams.
Technical leadership experience in design, implementation, and support of core front end, orchestration, and database services that are highly reliable, flexible, and scalable.
Development experience on both Web and Mobile platforms.
Strong design and Architectural skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Deep understanding of Mobile and Web technologies.
• Experience in eCommerce domain highly desirable
