* Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC's business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
* Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
* Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
* Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
* Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.



To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:


* You have experience in sales, channel management, or business development within the technology or software industry.
* You possess strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
* You have a strong technical foundation in one of the following areas: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
* You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* You have a results-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
* You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Will primarily drive growth in GIC accounts

* Must have experience in Key Account Management in Captives / GICs / GCCs - preferably with a Tier-1, or, a mid-size IT firm of repute

* At least 5 years of experience with GICs/ Captives/GCCs

* Should have Account Management expertise to bring existing accounts and acquire fresh business for the company.

* Track record of developing and closing large engagements, and managing GIC accounts
