Under general supervision, competently perform all conventional aspects of Mechanical HVAC Design Technician: · College graduate. · At least 5 years of Revit HVAC production experience. · At least 5 years of SP3D production experience. · At least 5 years of work with building mechanical systems and equipment. · Proven experience in AutoCAD or similar software design. · Work experience in Data Center and/or pharmaceutical facilities. Ideally, you have: · Preferably a degree in Engineering or equivalent. · Experience with Navisworks, Revit and CADWorx. · Strong communication skills both verbal and written. · Strong problem-solving skills. · Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas. · Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base. · Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams. · Advanced proficiency in a range of processes and procedures through prior project training and work experience.  · Industrial design experience including high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor facilities, data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, or similar. · Ability to work independently with a limited degree of supervision and facilitate the work activities of others. · Expected to serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced designers and junior engineers.
