Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for DB connection management, executing scanning policies, scanning of applications, validating scans, troubleshooting scans, reviewing findings
- Connect and query to application database, false positive analysis, finalize analysis for quality assurance, create and deliver summary of findings and analysis, generate necessary DBA level of reporting
- Environment upkeep (DB tasks, server connections, etc.), Generation of change management/support tickets, perform upgrades.
- 6+ years of experience in Application and Platform Architecture.
- 4+ years of cyber security Experience in identifying secrets.
- 2+ years of Spirion Sensitive Data Management system.
- Results analysis, and troubleshooting, DevOps practices.
- Ability to work with data from several diverse database technologies including Oracle, SQL, Snowflake, DB2, PostGres, MySQL,
- Proven Application Scanning Skillset
- General information security knowledge (CISSP, Security First Bronze, Silver and/or Gold)
- Basic Cloud security knowledge for Azure and AWS
- Database connectivity experience.
- Proven experience in Vulnerability scan result analysis.
- Ability to demonstrate analytical thinking.
- BS of Computer Science and/or Information Systems
