As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products and campaigns from conception to delivery. This individual will lead our HAWKEYE patient workflow solution, WATCHMAN Coordinator Connect digital community, along with our Direct-to-Coordinator marketing efforts. This individual will work cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Regulatory, Medical Education and other internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct research and utilize data and insights to inform product and commercial strategies.
  • Quantify business objectives and customer needs to inform a high-level product vision and strategic roadmap that delivers value to BSC and customers alike.
  • Measure success of products and programs to determine effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop business models to inform investment decisions.
  • Effectively communicate status and outcomes of ongoing work with senior leadership stakeholders, while providing thoughtful and strategic recommendations.
  • Build relationships and drive alignment with key cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with other Boston Scientific divisions and strategic partners to explore potential synergies and drive strategic imperatives.
  • Engage key customers through in-person visits, focus groups, and educational programs to build relationships, share knowledge, develop insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support WATCHMAN marketing and other functions with annual planning & budgeting.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional related experience in product management, sales, and/or consulting in healthcare setting
  • Experience in digital product management
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree
  • Strong clinical acumen in LAAC or related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
