What you will do

  • Lead the rollout of Visual Merchandising and Product Learning programs in South East Europe, ensuring alignment with EU direction while adapting to local priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, and Omnichannel Activation to drive consistent brand experiences across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Translate seasonal commercial and brand strategies into compelling in-store visual execution at both category and product levels.
  • Oversee seasonal VM and product training calendars, aligned with key commercial milestones and campaign launches.
  • Support store openings and remodels with VM planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial goals.
  • Define requirements for Retail Space Management (RSM) solutions and manage branded space negotiations in line with global guidelines and stakeholder input.
  • Guide the delivery of both digital and in-person training to enhance brand and product knowledge across internal teams and retail partners.
  • Manage relationships with external VM and training agencies to ensure high-quality, cost-effective execution and program evolution.
  • Support budget management for assigned projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Act as a support partner during the seasonal sell-in process to ensure alignment of VM and product training priorities.
  • Use data and performance insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of VM and training activities.
  • Lead the segmentation and prioritization of support doors across SEE to maximize brand visibility and commercial return.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing internal team and partner network, ensuring leadership, engagement, and delivery excellence.

Skills you will need

  • 3-5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and/or Product Training, ideally within a multi-country retail or wholesale environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and execution excellence.
  • Ability to translate global direction into effective local activation.
  • Experience managing external partners or agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
