The EBP spans 11 physical centers globally and maintains an extensive portfolio of tiered executive briefings and field related engagements.
You will:
- Plan and execute the logistic aspects of Executive Briefings, meetings, and events taking place on-site at the Executive Briefing Center in Paris, or in the field across France.
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales teams, customers and partners for any “day-of” needs or changes to meetings in progress in our new center in Paris.
- Coordinate logistics for customers, including ground transportation, dinners, sporting events and any other entertainment that may be required.
- Maintain and grow relationships with vendors and other stakeholders to continually enhance the customer experience (i.e., Catering, AV/IT, facilities, local hotels, restaurants and transportation companies).
- Interact with a vast group of sales and subject matter experts across the whole EMEA region.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / working equivalent and 2+ years’ experience in a similar role or in marketing
- Experience in client service, hospitality, meeting/events or a related field with professional presence and demeanor
- Capacity to be flexible, adaptable and aptitude to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proactivity and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com
- Experience with AV technology & troubleshooting
- Fluency in French and English
- Note this role is based in Boulogne and will require you to be in the office at least 4 days a week
