The Asia Lead Project and Program Controls is a key technical leadership position within our Market Solutions framework. Working closely with the associated Regional Solutions Directors, they will represent the technical capability of Jacobs with regard to Program and Project Controls in the region.
• They will deliver innovative solutions that provide superior value to our clients and ensure Jacobs’ technical reputation in their area of specialism.
• They will support the strategy and growth of related Focus markets and ensure they are globally and regionally connected to their Jacobs Project & Program Control peers
• They are engaged and inspired to solve our client’s most significant and challenging problems.
• They will support the development of an inclusive and dynamic culture within their technical discipline which prioritises innovation, encourages and inspires teams to challenge the accepted, and uses the power of diverse thinking to bring bold solutions to our clients.
• Lead Asia region in the design and implementation of client-centric, fit for purpose solutions and global best practices in Project, Program and Portfolio Controls that drive differential, market-based, profitable growth, including: -
• Maintain Jacobs currency with and alignment to national and global professional standards, including such as ISO21500, ISO 21508, ISO 19650, and frameworks such as PMBoK, MSP, P3M3, PRINCE2, Agile, Project13, etc; -
• Maintain relationships and drive industry participation with relevant industry bodies, including PMI, AACE and IPMA; -
• Proactively engage with Jacobs major project pursuit and delivery teams to ensure awareness of appropriate scoping and resourcing for professional Controls solutions
• Provide Technical Leadership Asia for Jacobs (client-side) delivery of: - Schedule Planning & Estimating - Schedule Management - Cost Management - Financial Management - Change Management - Document Management - Reporting - Digital Controls Systems - 4D & 5D BIM Integration
To be successful, you shall possess;
- Proven experience in Program and Project Controls within a technical leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative solutions that provide superior value to clients.
- Familiarity with national and global professional standards (ISO21500, ISO 21508, ISO 19650) and frameworks (PMBoK, MSP, P3M3, PRINCE2, Agile, Project13).
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and dynamic culture within the technical discipline.
- Ability to inspire teams to challenge the accepted and use diverse thinking to bring bold solutions.
