Program Execution & Oversight: Support delivery of cross-functional Finance/Treasury transformation programs through structured planning, execution tracking, and risk mitigation.
Governance & Reporting: Lead or support steering committees, program reviews, and executive reporting. Ensure timely escalation of issues and milestones.
Standards & Frameworks: Contribute to the development and enforcement of PMO standards, tools, and delivery frameworks across workstreams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Treasury, Technology, and external partners to align on priorities and timelines.
Change Control & Issue Management: Drive consistency in managing change requests, dependencies, risks, and issues across the transformation portfolio.
Strategic Planning: Support target operating model design, resource planning, and alignment of initiatives to strategic objectives.
Risk & Control: Consider the firm's reputation, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, and applying sound ethical judgment.
Qualifications:
6-10+ years of experience in program or project management within financial services
Proven ability to manage large-scale transformation efforts in matrixed organizations
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Advanced writing and presentation skills with experience interfacing at senior executive levels
Strong organizational, risk management, and problem-solving skills
PMP or similar certification is a plus
Familiarity with regulatory reporting, Treasury function, and/or finance data and systems architecture is a plus
