Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited in the area of Material Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Significant experience in product development, process engineering, and/or research laboratory in a private, public, government or military environment
Experience in regulated product categories with expertise in product risk assessments, product safety, and product reliability.
Collaborative interpersonal style with experience in leading project teams.
Flueant in English and German
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Demonstrated history of significant contributions to an organization through growth initiatives.
Strong communication skills, proven ability to develop and maintain productive networks within the technical community with demonstrated ability to influence.
Experience with development of liquid structural adhesives formulation development.
