Please review the following job description:Responsible for transitioning brokerage accounts to managed accounts and performing maintenance of managed account attributes to include reviewing relevant documentation for appropriateness. Assist the financial advisors and other client facing staff with inquiries and processing-related activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Transition transactional brokerage accounts to managed and managed accounts to transactional brokerage accounts while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and excellent service levels

2. Resolve issues and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet the demands of the business

3. Research and resolve inquiries from financial advisors and other support staff

4. Aid with audit and compliance requests

6. Process and research return mail

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience

2. Ability to work in a fast paced environment

3. Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

4. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills

5. Driven to achieve results, thrive in a fast paced environment and required to solve problems and make decisions based on sound judgement

Preferred Qualifications:

1. One (1) year brokerage industry experience.
