3. 对医疗行业有基本的了解，致力于在一线商务（销售）领域深耕，勇于接受挑战、承担压力，踏实肯干，结果导向
4. 内驱力强，渴望卓越，具备领导力潜质
5. 沟通能力强，倾听与理解能力俱佳，具备团队合作精神，
6. 具备清晰的逻辑思维和分析能力
7. 中英文表达流利。
8. 实习周期2个月或以上（实习时间以2024年7,8月最佳，其他时间可协调）
