Your expertise in reporting and analytics will contribute to the success of our sales operations and help drive business growth. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the sales performance and profitability of the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive standard work for annual sales incentive planning, conduct monthly governance reviews, and serve as the escalation line for sales inquiries related to the corporate sales incentive program. Your problem-solving skills and analytical mindset will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the sales incentive process.
•Sales incentive planning & management end to end
•Drive standard work for Annual SIP deployment
•Monthly governance reviews
•Escalation line for Sales into Corp SIP team
•SIP Training and Communication
•Problem solving in SIP process to make sure SIP being paid out on time and accurately
•Drive SRO Analytics for the region (Direct or Indirect Channel) and provide weekly Sales out &Run Rate reports to management team
•Drive continued improvements in automating reporting and analysis.
•Regularly employs solid problem-solving skills by performing independent analysis of data from several sources, and devising appropriate solutions within broadly defined parameters
