Perform monthly client performance review to ensure queries are acknowledged, investigated, and resolved within expected Citi standards, making suggestions on how to optimize the clients flow through system. Participate in documentation of business requirements and testing of new processes, systems roll outs and UAT for strategic projects, both internal and external.

What you’ll do

  • Take responsibility for daily checklist tasks including daily restricted currency checks, early warnings of physical futures deliveries, identify and communicate early exercises, communicate overnight positions, Trade Break Narrations, communication of Static and Fusion Brokerage changes for overnight processing. These checklist items will be covered as part of Early, Middle and Late shift patterns.

  • Respond to Client Queries through QMA, responding to Trade Queries, Fee's and Comms queries, FX requests, Corporate Action Notifications and enquiries on General Reporting.

  • Understand and process Client Fees and Comms issues. Where Clients raise queries on their Execution or Clearing fees, investigate to root cause, liaise with Static team to investigate and post any required adjustments to resolve.

  • Participate in the implementation of assigned projects, including new products, services and upgrades to platforms.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What we’ll need from you

  • Derivative Product Knowledge, or relevant Industry knowledge would be beneficial

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Work well in a fast paced environment, ensuring attention to detail is maintained
