Supervise production of the area by managing day to day operational performance.
Monitor Profit & Loss by managing daily basis sale, efficiency and budget expenses
Quality: Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems to achieve zero defects.
Inventory: Improve foundational inventory and production flow to meet inventory accuracy and inventory turn-over requirements.
Work closely with operational purchasing and logistics to handle incoming material load and work order releases from production.
Support performance measurement and documentation of manufacturing processes
Identify and support continuous improvement projects
Support digitalization efforts to implement tools such as Digital Work Instructions, Operator Displays,
Performance/Status Dashboards, and other connected tools
Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff
8 plus years of experience in an Operations/ Manufacturing leadership role.
Highly effective written and verbal social skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate, motivate and lead others to achieve results.
Have a growth mindset
Result and solution oriented and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or other environment leading other leaders.
Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
Skilled in data analysis using MS Excel or other tools to measure and lead performance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automation and digital manufacturing technology
A Six Sigma and/or Process Excellence and/or Lean certification
Experience with computer programming and/or database management
Experience with SAP or similar MRP system.
