Key job responsibilities- Provide end-to-end program and roadmap reporting against defined KPIs to senior leadership.
- Oversee the overall program execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.- Act as the primary escalation point for any issues, risks, or challenges, and implement a robust escalation process to ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with finance partners, managing budgets.
- Work closely with internal customers to understand product roadmaps and devise programs to meet capacity requirements.
- Ensure the delivered assets meet the QA standards.
- Ensure the inventory is maintained for the region.- Role will require 15-25% Travel.

- 5+ years experience working in a network planning or or network construction/implementation or commercial implementation role at an ISP, telecoms operator, or Hyperscaler.
- 3+ years experience building and leading teams
- Proven experience in program management, 5+ years, preferably in the Telecommunications domain
- PMP certification or familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk mitigation and issue resolution
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and training/mentoring capabilities
