We currently are seeking a junior consultant in our GPS practice.
We enable our regional government clients to achieve their mission of implementing large and complex transformations projects; designing and implementing technology solutions; reforming public services; and helping those in need.
Your key responsibilities
- Support the team members to conduct thorough analyses of government and public sector operations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and client satisfaction.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate data, assess risks, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in business development activities and support creation client pitches and proposals.
- Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.
- Develop relationships with other EY team members across all practices to serve client needs.

What we look for
- A bachelor’s degree in management, economics, public administration, business, technology or a related field. A Master's degree would be considered an asset.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in project management, business requirements gathering and analysis, innovation and/or transformation consulting.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Projects) would be considered essential.
- Sector experience in government and public sector or international development will be considered an asset.
- Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills.
