The Technical Implementation Associate will beresponsible for coordinating all aspects for Product Implementation set ups. The Implementation Specialist will handle a high volume of simultaneous requests.

Job Summary

Primary responsibilities of therole require you to have strong People & Team management skills and reasonably good understanding and working knowledge of mainframe and Testing process. Work closely with onshore Tech teams as well as Tech teams from Clients side to perform product setup in testing as well as production Environment. Willingness to work in Evening / Night shifts. It’s an additional advantage if the candidate understands US and Canada treasury products.


Job Responsibilities

  • People and resource management (e.g. people development, attrition, pipeline/skills monitoring, training programs) for the team.
  • Maintain effective and standard operational processes, Act as a point of contact for escalations and high priority requests from internal clients.
  • Manage the performance management cycle- Objective setting, development and career planning, performance appraisal and reward & recognition.
  • Measuring Productivity and KPIś, Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and coaching sessions.
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making,Identifying gaps/exceptions and recommending possible solutions.
  • Ownership of internal communication and status updates to partners / clients, Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making.
  • Exhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Recording observations & escalate wherever necessary. Identifying gaps/exceptions and recommending possible solutions.
  • Project Management by handling multiple requests at the same time. Demonstrate ability to manage conflict and mobilize internal resources to resolve issues.
  • Help client and internal teams to setup product as per the requirement

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Excellent people and Team management skills (e.g. people development, pipeline/skills monitoring, training programs).
  • Strong Understanding of Mainframe system as well as UAT or regression testing. Ability to develop, implement and maintain effective and standard operational processes
  • Strong Verbal, Written and Presentation skills, Excellent logical, analytical skills and attention to details
  • Good sense of Time , Work management and Reporting, Creation of Test cases and Test Scenarios.
  • Knowledge of Automation Tools – Like VBA, Selenium etc. Knowledge of UI Path Tool for workflow automation, Power BI for Dashboard and Confluence
  • Engineering degree holder with minimum 9+ years of experience in Bank, Financial services, Treasury product implementation with Testing Background.
