Job Description:
The Senior Manager for Executiveand Boardis responsible forworking with the UK COO to ensurePPUK governanceare met in line with UK regulatory and policy expectations,
Collaborationand engagement with content and reporting owners across thePPUKthreeline of defence,todrive effective discussion and decision makingacrossPPUKgovernance fora.
coherence and consistency in reporting acrossallgovernance foraincludingPPUKExecutiveCommittee and PPUK
Working closely withCommitteeChairs andcontent owners to ensure simplicity,clarityand consistency in written updates and reporting.

Manage and lead Board and Executive governance secretariat
closely with the UKBoardSecretariatand PPUK CEOtoensureappropriatealignmentbetweenExecutiveand Boardgovernancereporting
annual governance effectiveness reviews and associatedenhancementprogrammes
Manage PPUKgovernancerelated internal audit inspectionsand regulatory information requests.
Skills Required
Excellent relationship management skills and ability to engage with and understand governance priorities of Executive Management.
Excellent drafting skills and depth of experience in distilling complexity into clear and simple narrative, which is tailored for an Executive audience.
Proactive approach to managing stakeholder engagement.
