In this role, you will devise and implement process & systems solutions that meet the needs of our business. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will bring business acumen, as well as superb communication and systems/digital fluency.
- Expertise in project management with focus on leading systems projects.
- Ability to lead initiatives, organise work, and deliver results
- Experience leading internal and external partner groups at all levels
- Interest and experience in process simplification and improvement, systems, tools & new technologies to improve speed & efficiency of the end-to-end supply chain.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to lead multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skill
- A natural collaborator who brings people together to get things done.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferably), B2B and supply chain technologies
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, preferably with direct experience in EMEIA or a related business function.
- Operations/Supply Chain knowledge
- SAP end-user and ‘B2B’, AI/ML new technologies experience also desired.
