Drive customer success and value realization:
- Stay engaged at our strategic customers as trusted change and transformation driver, thought leader and advocate for SAP Signavio’s value-driven transformation approach
- Focus on enduring strategic engagements and customer relationships to sustainably scale SAP Signavio suite usage focusing on long-term engagements and sustainable client relationships
- Strategically develop the adoption and consumption of SAP Signavio suite, methodology and value accelerators by driving customer value case creation, value realization and real transformation impact
Collaborate with regional sales, customer success, services functions and external partners to:
- Best support our strategic clients across adoption, consumption and expansion
- Establish value governance and transformation best practice to ensure customer success
- Be actively engaged as “hands-on” transformation advisor taking responsibility for achieving results across engagement teams
- Build trust and credibility with key customer stakeholder by thought leadership and dedication to tangible outcomes
Continuously drive the design of an impactful engagement:
- Own the creation of customer success stories
- Define the customer engagement process in order to develop strategic customers across customer value
- Include value management approaches into the strategic engagement methodology
- Consolidate global best practices from the field
In order to be successful, you bring the following skills and experience:
- Business Consulting experience (beyond technical implementation) and/or experience as a hands-on Customer Success/ Transfgormation Manager with accountability for a clients transformation outcomes is a must
- Practical experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean/Agile methods
- Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications are an asset
- Deep knowledge and practical experience in the area of data-driven Business Process Management (BPM) and/or Process Mining
- Practical experience in ramping-up process management functions and centers of excellence (CoEs) as a consultant or CoE lead
- Expert knowledge on process automation, mining and management technology (SAP Signavio or competitor solutions), its implementation, application and usage for continuous value creation
- Practical experience in value-driven transformation approaches from value discovery to realization
- Deep Knowledge in setting up agile program organizations and connect those with a process-oriented IT-Architecture and execution approach
- Experience in Client Relationship, Stakeholder and Change Management
- Practical experience in setting up holistic E2E-Transformation Processes (Method-Process/Tool-Data) proven in big strategic transformation programs is an asset
- Experience in connecting the world of business process management with the world of IT-implementation (ALM) to cover the end-to-end process lifecycle is an asset
- Ability to connect business and IT transformation including a deep methodological understanding why to implement in a process oriented fashion is an asset
- Practical experience in Enterprise Architecture Management, additionally to Business Process Management is an asset
