NICE Senior Software Architect

As a Senior software architect you'll work on NICE flagship product suite which delivers Solutions in complex environments to provide an end-to-end solution for contact centers. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape and evolve the architecture of our core services and drive forward the entire suite’s technological roadmap.

How will you make an impact?

• Design and plan core software components and services’ architecture with emphasis on performance, resiliency, reliability, scale and cost.
• Lead the suite’s performance testing architecture, bring innovation into additional performance and resiliency testing methods and push stakeholders to adopt and implement.
• Drive the suite’s software modernization and non-functional requirements backlog, activities and roadmap.
• Act as the Line of Business’ Security Champion
• Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across the development organization. Maintain up to date architectural vision.
• Ensure correct implementation of architectural concepts throughout product development.
• Act as the R&D product expert, understanding the product in terms of its requirements, purpose and need in the market
• Interface with R&D Groups (including Product Managers), Customer Support and Services

Have you got what it takes?

• BSc. degree or higher from known university
• Experience as software architect (at least 5 years) and as a software engineer (at least 8 years)
• Practical experience/knowledge in software architecture for distributed large scale enterprise applications on top of AWS
• Significant experience in Java, Spring/Boot.

• Proven experience in operating within a global environment
• Ability to take into account the broader picture while still diving into details.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Familiar with Scrum/Agiledevelopment methodology
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent English

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in NodeJS, TypeScript.
• Data warehouse
