Roles and Responsibilities

  • GEHC ONLY - Responsible for managing the long-term success of GE’s relationship with a set of accounts in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and GE. Drive orders and sales growth; define and implement a 1-3 year plan; develop and execute a GE Healthcare Sales strategyacross the horizontal product portfolio, services, and solutions; lead and secure large, strategic, cross-P&L customer purchases; and lead the account team.
  • Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Typically a 1st line manager of professionals or a 2nd line manager of a professional sales department. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires at least 10 or more years of experience in the Sales & Client Management.
  • Advanced english
  • Industrial engineering, or Business or Administration
  • Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
