As Senior technical leader (L7, Sr. SDM), you will lead flagship S-Team goal, owned across multiple VP Orgs.
As a senior technical leader, you will co-own driving multi-org, high impacting initiative for Amazon. You will lead multiple 2-pizza tech teams (35+ team size) through your leaders, making impactful decisions and delivering value for our merchants. Create and maintain short and long-term product roadmap
3. Owning and contributing to the 3 Year Plans and the operational plans

5. Drive unit growth, revenue and adding disproportionate value for our customers while also focusing on building the right tech for operational excellence, maintainability and future extensibility.

- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience
- 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment
