The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Here, you will make an impact by:
Participating in delivering solutions in Total Rewards and supporting reward processes, including annual salary reviews and benefits benchmarking.
Managing relationships with benefit vendors for Poland, ensuring contract execution and compliance.
Coordinating cooperation between Total Rewards, HR, payroll, and SSC to streamline processes.
Managing communication on benefits to internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement.
Supporting data submission processes for external and internal surveys, ensuring governance, compliance, and competitiveness.
Your Skills andExpertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the followingqualifications:
One year of general HR experience, experience in compensation & benefits in multinational company will be a plus
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional Communication Skills
Agile and proactive Attitude
A keen interest in pursuing long-term growth and development in the HR and International Total Rewards field.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Proven experience in planning, designing, implementing, and facilitating rewards programs.
Familiarity with salary survey methodologies from vendors such as Mercer, WTW, and Korn Ferry.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, communicate effectively across the organization, and engage others with passion and energy.
A flexible team player with a proven track record of success in a matrix reporting environment.
